TOS | ADOPT & CUSTOMS|

Hello this is the TOS for Commissions-Payment upfront before receiving the adopt. If preferred we can do partial payments (pay half then other half when finish "only for custom")
-Tat for custom depends on which style and what scale and can also depend on my workload (can check waiting list linked at the left of this page with a heart icon)
ex.
- 1 week for full body and 3 expressions in the expression sheet
- 1-3 days flat colored thigh-Can change details for a bit, but not too much. Please make my design visible.
-Can send adopt through TH, and Gmail only! Can also send in Discord if ever preferred
-Adopt can be on hold for 24 hrs only, or if needed I can do 3 days (only there)
-No rush arts pls, if you want rush arts then +5 USD for the rush fee (only for gifts and such in relation)
-Credit me when in used (Kyandisuchannu)
-No NSFW customs pls.. (but i can do big booba tho)
-Please provide me description of what you like for your customs (moodboards, personality, color palettes)
-Do not claim art as your own, tracing over it or suchCan do

-No offering arts
-No arguments and such like drama or beggingOffering (OTA)
-Tat for artworks cannot be more than a month or soo or 2 weeks TvT
-Im picky with ocs, but feel free to offer anyways (no lq ocs)
-If no offer satisfies me then I will keep the adopt
-Higher the amount of usd/acs then I might accept
